Meena buys on credit

Meena picks up Parle-G Biscuits, Tata Salt, and Amul Milk without paying cash. Rajesh bills the invoice against her account, and her outstanding balance goes up by that amount.

Track the running balance

Over the following weeks, Meena buys a few more times on credit. Rajesh checks her party profile anytime to see her running dues total.

Record a payment

At month’s end, Meena pays off part of what she owes. Rajesh records the payment against her account, independent of any single invoice, and her balance drops accordingly.
