The first time you open BillBasket, it walks you through a short setup so the app matches your store and the way you work.

Store profile

Enter your store or business name, and any details you want to appear on printed bills (address, phone number, GSTIN/tax ID where applicable).

Choose your language

BillBasket is available in English and 15+ Indian languages. Pick the one your staff is most comfortable with — you can change this anytime in Settings. See Language & display settings.

Set an Admin PIN

Choose a 6-digit PIN. This protects sensitive areas like Settings, Employees, and product editing so staff can bill customers without being able to change store setup. See Admin PIN & permissions.

Activate your license

If your BillBasket plan requires activation, sign in or enter your activation details. See Activating your license.
Once setup is done, you land on your dashboard — from there you’re ready to create your first invoice.
