# Common issues

> Quick fixes for common BillBasket problems — printer not detected, barcode scanner not working, sync stuck, license activation errors, and more.

    Restart your device and try again. If it still won't open, contact

    Check the printer is powered on and connected, and that it's selected
    under printer settings.
