# Printing & sharing bills (PDF, label printing)

> Print BillBasket invoices to thermal, A4, or label printers, save them as PDF, and share bills with customers over WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

Once an invoice is complete, you can:

* **Print** to a connected receipt or label printer.
* **Save as PDF** to your device.
* **Share** the PDF directly — for example over WhatsApp or email — straight
  from the invoice screen.

You can reprint or re-share any past invoice from your invoice list at any
time; you don't need to recreate the bill.

<Note>
  Label printing supports adjusting horizontal and vertical padding to match
  your label stock — find this under printer settings if labels are printing
  off-center.
