# Managing your store/business profile

> Update the store name, address, GST number, phone, and logo that appear on your BillBasket invoices, reports, and printed receipts.

Update your store profile from **Settings → Store Profile** — name, address,
contact details, and tax IDs shown on printed invoices.

## Try it: Sharma Kirana Store

<Steps>
  <Step title="Rajesh opens Store Profile">
    Rajesh Sharma goes to **Settings → Store Profile** to update his
    shop's details before printing a fresh batch of invoices.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Update the store name and address">
    He confirms the store name reads "Sharma Kirana Store" and updates the
    address to his new shop location on the main market road.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add GST number and phone">
    He enters his GST number and the shop's contact phone number so both
    appear on every printed invoice and receipt.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Upload a logo">
    Rajesh uploads a photo of his shop's signboard as the logo. The next
    invoice he prints for Meena Devi shows the updated name, address, and
    logo at the top.
